How much is the deposit at Modera Second Avenue? What additional fees do I need to be aware of when renting a home?
At Modera Second Avenue there are one-time fees that include an application fee of $25 and a security deposit of $300. There are also monthly fees including Valet Trash at $19.95 and a utility admin billing free of $5.75.

How do I pay rent?
When is rent due each month at Modera Second Avenue in Denver?
Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the 6th day of each month. Late fees will start on the fourth day of each month.
